Advance Architecture was founded in 2009. The director of the company works together with a team to provide a quality and professional service.
We believe we have the experience to manage a various range of architectural projects including design, listed building consents and planning permissions. The practice is able to provide management for construction projects from giving advice, full design, site inspections to project completion and final accounts. We maintain the client at heart of their project. The company retains with satisfied and happy clients. Working in close contact with our clients, we will ensure we detect your needs, ideas and goals. All projects are unique, therefore it is important we conduct site surveys to provide precise measurements up of your existing site conditions.
We will work with you to create a design that meets your needs and requirements. Throughout the process, we will refer back to your design brief to review, adapt, and refine your design to submit the necessary planning applications.
Following the submission of your application, we will engage with the planning officers to address any concerns they may have about your project.
Once your planning application is approved, we will proceed with the technical design stage, where your vision will be adapted into a buildable design. If desired, we prepare visualisations for you to envision what your project will look like.
We can consult and advise you during the construction phase of you project. We will collaborate with our contractors upon your request to bring your project to life. Our dedicated team will ensure your project is completed professionally.
