Stroud Green Road, Finsbury Park

The main building is 4 storey semi detached house fronting the highway. The existing rear yard used to contain derelict storages sheds in varying states. New design aims to demolition the existing storage sheds at the rear and erection of 1×2 bedroom part single storey and part 2 storey one self contained dwelling.
Design recreates the current out of shape rear side into a secure and protected location to live in with 92sqm proposal. The self contained house is designed up to 4 people to live comfortably with private amenity spaces of gardens. The design also provides a private secure cycle storage and bin storage areas to respect both the new resident user and the current main property user.
