This 2,770Sq.M. land was occupied by a modest and outdated bungalow within Metropolitan Green Belt. The brief from the new owners, our clients was about its redevelopment to fit their family needs into a three-storey detached mansion. The new family residence tripled the volume of the old bungalow and as we enjoyed guiding our clients from the initial Concept meetings to the successful Planning Permission and the Detailed Design.
